Fourth day of fasting and prayer, fasting is humiliation, we are bending our flesh before the almighty God.

2 Chronicles 20: 3-4 "Then he was afraid, and Jehoshaphat humbled his face to consult the Lord, and made all Judah proclaim fasting.
And those of Judah gathered to ask Jehovah for help: and also from all the cities of Judah they came to ask Jehovah for help.
